Using SkillMerchant

SkillMerchant provides digital tools, templates, prompts, workflows, and related resources. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Digital-product license

Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the purchased materials for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may adapt the materials for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or make the original or substantially equivalent SkillMerchant product files available as a competing product or public download.

No guaranteed outcomes

SkillMerchant products are practical resources, not guarantees of revenue, performance, legal compliance, employment, business results, or compatibility with every third-party platform. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate for your situation.

Third-party services

Some products may reference or work with third-party software or services. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, and technical requirements. SkillMerchant does not control third-party platforms.

Purchases and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. After a successful purchase, delivery may occur by secure download, transactional email, or both. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the SkillMerchant Refund Policy published on this site.

Intellectual property

SkillMerchant and its original product content, branding, site content, and product packaging are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited usage license described above.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillMerchant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or digital products. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as SkillMerchant evolves. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply prospectively.
